Northwest Foodservice Show Announces New Manager

Industry Veteran John Santella To Lead Pacific Northwest’s Largest Food Show

[Wilsonville, OR] The Northwest Foodservice Show—the largest gathering of restaurant-and-hospitality industry professionals in the Pacific Northwest—is pleased to announce the arrival of John Santella as Show Manager.

John comes to the Northwest Foodservice Show from the coffee industry, having recently managed the Fresh Cup ROADSHOW, a series of regional specialty coffee & tea trade shows produced by Fresh Cup Magazine and held around the country.

“John brings a solid background of food industry trade show experience,” said ORA President and CEO Michael McCallum. “I expect we’ll continue to have not only a high attendance of foodservice professionals this year, but also to provide both vendors and attendees the best foodservice tradeshow experience in the country.”

Produced by the Oregon and Washington Restaurant Associations, the Northwest Foodservice Show is the largest event of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. The next show, scheduled for April 1-2, 2007 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, will feature more than 500 booths and is expected to draw upwards of 12,000 attendees from the restaurant, foodservice, hospitality and lodging industries.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be on board with the Northwest Foodservice Show” said John. “It’s very exciting to be working with the whole range of businesses and service providers that contribute to the success of restaurants and the foodservice industry here in the Northwest.”

Additional information about the Northwest Foodservice Show is available on their web site at www.nwfoodserviceshow.com, or by calling John Santella at 800-645-7350.
