Featuring one of the largest gatherings of industry professionals in the Northwest, the Washington and Oregon Restaurant Associations hosted the annual Northwest Foodservice Show at the historic Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington, April 30 - May 2, 2006.

Foodservice and lodging industry professionals sampled new foods and beverages, tested out equipment, learned new ways to improve their bottom line and sampled Northwest beers and wines during the three-day industry event. Unlimited networking opportunities abounded between business owners and suppliers forging partnerships for the good of the whole industry.

Industry participants on both sides of the table--attendees and exhibitors both--can take pride in knowing that the proceeds from the 2006 Northwest Foodservice Show will go back into making the industry stronger for everyone involved in it.
